We were so blessed to host some dear friends this past week, whom we had not seen in several years. The boys fell in love with them, and we had such a lovely time together. We went hiking into the mountains- something we'd been talking about doing, but hadn't done for awhile. There was plenty of times where the kids needed to be carried, but all -in-all they did great and were delighted to make it to the top of the mountain, where they became mountain goats (above picture) and ran and jumped and bleated for all they were worth.
The weather has been unseasonably cold (not the best weather to try and sell our friends on moving here!) but apparently it is supposed to warm up again tomorrow. So today will be a last day of indoor chores so that we can get back to playing outside.Happy Sunday!

ReplyDeleteLooks so beautiful, T! It has been oddly cool, hasn't it?! This week though it will be plenty warm here. Up to 20'C on Wednesday, as laughable as that is to so many bloggers out there.
